In this immersive experience, participants will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about the characteristics that define a high-quality extra virgin olive oil and learn how to distinguish it from other olive oils. We will start by exploring the key elements that make an olive oil exceptional: its flavor, aroma, and texture.

We will dive into a special sensory session where we will smell and identify the different defects that an olive oil can have.
After identifying the defects, we will conduct an olive oil tasting, where we will put our knowledge into practice and discover the virtues that define a high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
All of this in a truly special setting.

Experiences

What will we do?

Stroll through the gardens of the modernist estate where the mill is located, among our centuries-old olive trees, as we explain "the why behind it all."

Visit the mill and receive a brief explanation about the extra virgin olive oil production process.

Return to Espai D’Oliciós to begin the Olive Oil Tasting experience, where we will show you how to recognize a high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

What is it about?

This is an experience for those who arrive with an "empty stomach."

Upon arrival, we will welcome you with a glass of wine.

Then, we will take a stroll through the estate’s gardens and our centuries-old olive trees, followed by a visit to the mill to explain the extra virgin olive oil production process.

Once back at Espai D’Oliciós, we will begin the Olive Oil Tasting experience, which we will conclude with a tasting of a selection of products that pair perfectly with D’Oliciós olive oil.

Upon arrival, we will welcome you with a glass of wine or cava.

We will start with a walk through the gardens of the estate where the mill is located and among our centuries-old olive trees.

Next, we will visit our mill, where we will explain the extra virgin olive oil production process.

We will return to Espai D’Oliciós, where an appetizer will be waiting for us to whet our appetites, with D’Oliciós olive oil as the star ingredient.

Before lunch, we will experience the Olive Oil Tasting, where you will learn to recognize a high-quality olive oil.

And finally, we will wrap up with a delightful meal!
